DUDE! I am so proud of you. And you made it a point not to say Chai TEA.

Also I cannot believe its been 5 yrs since we have been together( I sound like crazed couple)
ANd I suck in that I didnt do this but seriously if they(your readers) see a non Indian doing it and making it sound easy, then they would be more inclined to go out and buy and make the chai instead of drinking Oregon concentrate or the crap Starbucks sells in name of chai.

Oh yes, I only do it when I'm craving it or have some extra time in the morning. I know my friend does it every morning but like you said, that's what they do in India!

Angie, when I was in India for a month in December, this type of chai was made multiple times a day every day. OMG! So much effort for just a cuppa tea. Yes, it tastes good, but after a while, I was dying for a simple cuppa Tetley, yano?
